The aim of this project was to create an Information system of bus transport. After further analysis it was certain, that this system will support tramway, trolley-bus and train transport as well. Essential part of the project is focused on software engineering, object-oriented application design. System is implemented in PHP with the support of MySQL database. Route searching engine will be using method of artificial intelligence.

The work deals with internet commerce. It includes analysis and design their own e-shop. The aim was to bring the marketing plan for market entry, assess the achievements and propose a procedure to other years. It can be familiar with basic knowledge about internet marketing, internet business analysis in comparison with the stone business. These general theoretical and practical knowledge is given to about half the work. In the second half is giving its own Internet business, the introduction of the marketing and promotion.

Summary The Users' Rights in the Information Society Dissertation thesis "The Users' Rights in the Information Society" focuses on the copyright exceptions and limitations (hereinafter referred to as copyright limitations) as an area which, in addition to the licensed use, affects users of copyrighted works in the most direct way. The term "users" is understood in the concept of this work, in accordance with foreign and Czech scientific literature, in a broad sense, covering also consumers of copyrighted works or users of digital content on the Internet. In the context of copyright limitations users are allowed to use copyrighted works on a non-contractual basis, without the consent of the author, either for free or in the form of a paid statutory license. Copyright limitations include a wide range of uses reaching from the quotations through the use for a private purpose to the so-called news reporting and governmental statutory limitations. The concept of users' rights (despite - as seen from a certain angle - its actual existence) has not been so far defined in the legal literature in a consistent manner. This bachelor's thesis contains description fo analyze, design and futher implemantation of an information system. Information system is designed for evidence and publish scores of matches, group table, informations about teams, players and coaches, statistics of teams and players. Design and implementation of security policies in the enterprise

This bachelor thesis deals with unnecessary user rights in an enterprise. It judges their necessity and subsequent restrictions. At the beginning of the thesis are described two basic types of threats and business tools that help to prevent them. Further is introduced the specific company, where the analysis of current state of user rights is made. On its basis are created group policies, which are then implemented across enterprise infrastructure. Afterwards all problems, that appeared during the implementation or after that are commented and solved. Finally the new state is compared to the original one and some options how to expand this thesis are listed.
